Wah, i haven't been blogging for awhile..... damn, almost a month!
Anyway, we received our A4 size letter from HDB, regarding our collection of keys!
Woohoo!!! 3rd Dec it is..... Excited and all fuzzy inside.... haha!
It's a new chapter and all to our lives..... Our own CRIB!!!
Never expected the day to come so soon, but it is nearing! haha!

Ok, i'm gonna slap myself in the head before i go bonkers.....

So on with the planning of the renovations and furniture and all.....
From this point on, it's mula, mula and more mula all the way!!!
Sheesh..... been buying and reading up on alot of interior design mags and all
I must say, renovations are not cheap!!! Guess our budget would work out to something like 30K. Then we have to look out for a bank for a reno loan with the cheapest interest rate.
Their interest rates are the killer i tell you, ranging from 5.88% - 8% up to a 5 yr loan.

Gonna go for another Interior Design Exibition at S'pore Expo early Dec.
Gotta get the best quotations and all.... haha, it's quite exciting i must say!!!
But at the same time, i'll be broke like a joke....

And so the story continues...


after the long intense wait for our turn to choose a unit......
it all paid off..... we finally got a unit we wanted! A good one too!
Can't imagine being so far behind the queue, we still managed to get a good unit.
Thank God for His grace and understanding!!!

Ok the perks.....

1.) High floor - 15th storey
2.) In front of open field - Windy
3.) Nice view - Can see the sea and parts of Coney Island
4.) Close amenities - Punggol Plaza 5 mins walk away, LRT and bus stops 2-3 mins walk.
5.) Roof garden - 5th floor for the dogs to run about (currently we have a Papillon, gonna get a Dachshund soon! woot woot!)


Can't wait to get the keys to view the flat and all..... Wikked! =P
